My Beloved Italian Cuisine

Brigitte's Chicken Parmesan
My very own creation of Classic Chicken Parmesan. My friends know that this is my specialty.

Serves 4

4 skinless/boneless chicken breast
1 cup of Italian Bread crumbs
Dash of chicken bullion
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Romano cheese
Sockarooni Spaghetti sauce
Thin Spaghetti or Angel Hair pasta
1 large egg
¼ cup milk

Preheat oven to 415°.
Mix bread crumbs, bullion, ½ cup Romano, ½ cup Parmesan in separate bowl.
Whip egg and milk.
Dip chicken breasts in egg mix then into bread crumb mixture for all 4 breasts.
Place in oven for 12 minutes.
Take chicken out of oven and spread sauce and cheese on top.
Place back into oven for another 5-7 minutes.

During the time the chicken is in the oven, cook sauce and Al dente pasta.

Serve over pasta w/ some extra l♥ve on top. (Sauce and more cheese)
